1What you earn

1.1You earn between 15% and 30% on every qualifying purchase made with your code, taken on the discounted price the buyer actually pays.
1.2Everyone starts at Bronze, at 15%. As the sales you drive pass $5,000, $25,000 and $100,000, your rate steps up through Silver, Gold and Platinum, reaching 30% at the top.
1.3Your tier is based on the total sales you have driven over the life of your account. It never resets, and you never drop back down.
1.4A purchase counts once payment clears and is past the refund window. There is no cap on how many referrals you can earn from.
1.5Referrals driven on an active promo code pay your normal tier rate on the amount the buyer actually pays. Multi account bundles pay your tier rate on the bundle total.

2.1Your code gives your audience up to 50% off their evaluation at checkout.
2.2The exact discount tied to your code is confirmed when your request is approved.

3.1Your link sets a 30 day cookie. Once a referred trader creates an account, the referral is written permanently onto their record.
3.2So a referral is credited to you with nothing typed at checkout, and it stays yours for the life of that trader's account.
3.3Entering your code at checkout still works, and still gives your audience their discount.

4.1You can request payment every day by ACH, Wire, PayPal or Crypto, once your balance is past the $250 minimum.
4.2Every request is reviewed and approved by a person before it is sent. Nothing pays out automatically.
4.3Anything below the minimum rolls forward to the next day.
4.4If a purchase is refunded or charged back, it comes back out of your balance.

5.1You must be 18 or older, with an audience or a platform to promote ONYX on.
5.2Every request is reviewed by hand, so be specific about your reach and how you intend to promote. Vague requests are turned down.

6.1You must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship on all promotional content, for example #ad.
6.2This is required by US FTC rules and it is not negotiable.

7.1No bidding on ONYX brand keywords, no fake reviews, no self referrals, no bots and no spam.
7.2You may not claim that ONYX provides guaranteed funding, guaranteed profits or risk free trading.
7.3Violations end the partnership and may forfeit unpaid commission.

8.1You are an independent contractor.
8.2US partners earning $600 or more in a year receive a 1099-NEC. Partners outside the US provide a W-8BEN before their first payment.
